Kirsten and I have been working hard to make Shetland’s Night of Creativity the best it can be. Kirsten has been busy securing a caterer, finding a ceilidh musician (Did I mention we’re now having a ceilidh!? Can’t wait!), and reaching out to the local press. I’ve been boosting up our Twitter (we’re at 50+ followers now!), prepping our Crowd Funder website (we need 1500 pounds to make this night a success — I’ll definitely keep you posted about this!), and drafting a marketing and publicity plan. It’s been busy days, especially since we started classes at the University of Glasgow this week for our second semester of our Masters programme in creative writing.
Thanks for following our progress, and we’ll keep you posted as things progress.
Look out for our Crowd Funder project (coming soon!), where you can donate to help make the night a great success.
